§ 36-448. Wastewater improvements plan.

(a)

The wastewater improvement plan for the city impact fee calculation purposes is hereby adopted and shall be maintained by the city secretary-treasurer.

(b)

The wastewater improvement plan adopted in this section may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Act.
