§ 4-614. Disposition of unclaimed animals.

In the event the owner of an animal subject to quarantine under this provision fails or refuses to reclaim the animal upon completion of the quarantine period, the animal will be humanely disposed of in accord with this chapter and the provisions of V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code § 826.043(d).
