§ 8-411. Application review and acceptance.

(a)

Upon receipt of an application, the chief or his delegate shall review the application to ensure the protection of the public health, safety, and general welfare.

(b)

If the chief or his delegate finds the application to be satisfactory and in accordance with this article, the chief or his delegate shall authorize registration.
